She is passionate about helping people overcome their injuries and empowering them to become stronger and more confident in their daily sporting activities through education and exercise based rehabilitation.
Testimonials
“Certified Athletic Therapists can work with you on such areas as preventing injuries and looking at the "source" of an injury as opposed to just the injured area itself. If/when you do get injured, they can dramatically reduce the down time associated with such injuries and get you back to your active lifestyle much more quickly, and often makes you aware of how to help prevent re-injury of the area. As I've said, having specialists like Cara on your health care team may be anew idea to some, but if you are training for months on end as we are, they are a very valuable asset.”
— Kevin Evans, TC 10km run group leader
